Dozens is a wealth management app with social responsibility at its heart. Its goal is to revolutionise banking with more than just snazzy UX, but with genuinely useful products.


The challenge for Dozens was creating a voice that made their customers - who aren’t necessarily digital natives - feel that their money was in safe hands with a digital financial institution.

So, we characterised Dozen’s voice as being like a knowledgeable friend; able to simplify complex financial jargon in a way that’s informal and friendly, but still reassuring.

Long form content was one of the key ways we established Dozens’ voice.


For their customer, linking out to long form content hosted on the website was the best way to engage them. So, we built a library of content that served both as a way for customers to get to know Dozens and as a vehicle for delivering financial education, which is a key part of their mission.
